On today’s show we welcome to the Australian Seller Family, Liz Cassidy who runs an Amazon Prep Service here in Australia called FBA Prep Australia.

Previously Liz was a 7 figure a year Amazon seller and now helps Local and International sellers fulfil their ecommerce orders as well as receive, bundle and prep them products ready to ship into Amazon Australia’s FBA warehouses.

Liz and I met at Retail Global for the first time last week and after a chat at her booth I just knew I had to get her on the show. Why? She’s also witnessed first-hand how sellers get themselves into trouble on Amazon Australia! She’s seeing Amazon Australia grow rapidly as her customers continually increase the size of their shipments to Amazon Australia FBA. On today’s show we welcome Max, a 7 figure Amazon seller living quietly here in Melbourne Australia. Max used to be an ‘IT guy’, troubleshooting and fixing computers and networks, until he discovered Amazon. His dream was simple; ”I want to make money while I sleep” – but to paraphrase, he really wanted to stop trading his time for money.

He did a dodgy course, learned the ropes and luckily hit it out of the park with his first product in the kitchen category.

Today Max’s is turning over a million dollars in sales per year on Amazon, mainly in the USA, but he also sells in Europe and Australia.

We talk about how he scaled, about the Chinese work ethic, the recent round of Trump tariffs and strategies as well as sourcing from outside of China like India etc.
