This week I chat with Chris, who is a professional Australian photographer based up in Queensland. Chris & his wife Sonia’s extensive knowledge of photography helped them to develop their product line in the baby Category on Amazon USA.

In just a couple of years, they’ve gone from $60K in their first year, $320K in 2023 and they’re looking at $800K this year in 2024 with just one product and a handful of variations.

Their margins are sensational and they enjoy healthy profits in spite of all the new fees Amazon’s imposed on us sellers.

We talk about the methods they’ve employed to keep their fees as low as possible. We discuss variation strategies, and their plans for Marketplace expansion and growth for this year.
