There aren’t enough words to describe the upheaval, uncertainty and scale of what’s happening around the world right now.
As I record this episode on the 26th March 2020 – I am hoping, and am hopeful, that this time next year in 2021, we are all well and truly through this experience.
You know what you need to do to prevent the spread. Stay isolated, lockdown and do your part to help yourself and everyone you hold close to you get through this.
